摘要
“华龙一号”示范工程核电机组在调试和大修期间多次发现汽轮机旁路排放阀的零部件紊流罩出现破裂破碎的情况,碎片落入下游凝汽器中对机组安全稳定运行造成重大威胁。该问题在同行核电厂已多次发生,找到问题发生的根本原因,消除核电厂潜在安全风险,成为核电厂安全运行的重要课题。本文从紊流罩的结构、安装方式、材料分析和系统工况等方面进行探讨,使用CFD软件和Inventor建模对紊流罩进行仿真分析,分析确认了紊流罩破裂的根本原因。针对缺陷原因提出了紊流罩升级改造方向和措施,改造后的新型紊流罩经验证未再出现破裂的情况。
ring the commissioning and overhaul of the HPR1000 demonstration project,it was repeatedly discovered that the diffuser of the turbine bypass discharge valve had broken,causing debris to fall into the downstream condenser and form foreign objects,posing a significant threat to the safe and stable operation of the plant.This defect has occurred several times in other nuclear power plants.Identifying the root cause of the defect and eliminating potential safety risks has become an important issue for the safe operation of nuclear power plants.This article discusses the structure,installation method,material analysis,and system operating conditions of the diffuser.The CFD software and inventor modeling are used to conduct the simulation analysis on the diffuser,and the fundamental cause of the rupture of the diffuser is analyzed and confirmed.Aiming at the causes of the defects,the direction and measures for upgrading and transforming the diffuser were proposed.The newly renovated diffuser has been verified to have no further rupture.
