摘要
汽车产业正向电动化、智能化、网联化转型,对人才结构与管理模式提出更高要求。当前传统人力资源管理模式适应性不足,高技能人才供给短缺,制约产业升级与国际竞争力。文章主要分析汽车行业人力资源管理现状及高技能人才培养需求,从企业内部培训、校企合作、国际化培养三方面探索高技能人才培养路径,为汽车产业应对人才挑战提供参考。
The automotive industry is transforming towards electrification,intelligence and connectivity,which puts forward higher requirements for the talent structure and management model.The current traditional human resource management model is insufficiently adaptable,and there is a shortage of highly skilled talents,which restricts industrial upgrading and international competitiveness.This article mainly analyzes the current situation of human resource management in the automotive industry and the demand for high-skilled talent cultivation.It explores the path of high-skilled talent cultivation from three aspects:internal enterprise training,school-enterprise cooperation,and internationalized cultivation,providing a reference for the automotive industry to address talent challenges.
