摘要
电动客车牵引系统中逆变器作为核心部件,其可靠性直接影响整车运行安全。文章针对逆变器常见故障类型,建立基于小波变换和支持向量机的故障诊断模型,实现对开路、短路等故障的精确识别。同时,设计一种改进型滑模容错控制策略,在保证系统稳定性的基础上,实现故障工况下的平稳过渡控制。试验结果表明,所提出的诊断方法对开路故障的识别准确率达95%以上,容错控制策略能够使故障发生后的转矩波动控制在额定值的±5%以内,为提高电动客车运行可靠性提供有效解决方案。
As the core component of electric bus traction system,the reliability of inverter directly affects the safety of vehicle operation.This paper according to the common fault types of inverter,a fault diagnosis model based on wavelet transform and support vector machine is established to realize the accurate identification of open circuit and short circuit faults.At the same time,an improved sliding mode fault-tolerant control strategy is designed to achieve smooth transition control under fault conditions on the basis of ensuring system stability.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed method for open-circuit fault identification is more than 95%,and the fault-tolerant control strategy can control the torque fluctuation within±5%of the rated value,which provides an effective solution for improving the reliability of electric bus operation.
