高职院校实践活动育人逻辑、现状及发展策略研究

摘要 高职院校实践活动是学生通过亲身经历、体验、探究等方式进一步正确认识自然、社会、自我以及理解与它们之间的复杂关系,与学生自身价值观塑造、完整性发展相互嵌入渗透。高职院校实践活动开展应紧密结合高职学生特征,注重思想性、实践性、职业导向性与个性化。近年来,高职院校实践活动育人成效在不断提升,但还存在诸多现实挑战,需要在明确实践活动实质重于形式、时间活动开展要符合学生心理需求、整合优化并深入挖掘实践活动资源、构建系统性实践活动育人框架等方面持续改进。 Practical activities in higher vocational colleges serve as a critical platform for students to deepen their understanding of nature,society,and self through firsthand experience,exploration,and reflection.These activities are deeply intertwined with the cultivation of students’values and holistic development,fostering a nuanced comprehension of their interrelationships.Such activities must align with the characteristics of vocational students,emphasizing ideological depth,practical relevance,career orientation,and individualized approaches.While the educational efficacy of these activities has improved in recent years,challenges persist.Key areas for improvement include prioritizing substantive outcomes over superficial formats,designing activities that align with students’psychological needs,optimizing and integrating resources for practical education,and establishing a systematic framework to guide activity implementation.These steps aim to enhance the transformative potential of practical education in vocational institutions。
