摘要
高职院校劳动教育是培育学生良好的劳动技能、增强学生劳动精神发的有效手段。新时代高职院校劳动育人,要在理念认知和方法模式进行探索创新,通过将教育与生产劳动相结合,构建贯通一二课堂、融合专业优势和凸显文化特色的劳动教育体系,实现以劳树德育心,以劳增智强体的劳动育人目标,培养德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人。
Labor education in vocational colleges is an effective means to cultivate students'good labor skills and enhance their labor spirit.In the new era of labor education in vocational colleges,exploration and innovation should be carried out in the concept cognition and method mode.By combining education with production labor,a labor education system that connects the first and second classrooms,integrates professional advantages,and highlights cultural characteristics should be constructed.The goal of labor education is to cultivate moral education through labor,and to strengthen physical fitness through labor.This will cultivate new talents with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.
