基于SPAD估算茄果类蔬菜氮代谢酶活性

Estimation of Nitrogen Metabolism Enzyme Activity in Eggplant Fruit Vegetables Based on SPAD

摘要 以“旺椒518”辣椒和“天润9号”番茄为试材,采用氮和基质的质量比试验方法,在辣椒上设置0、0.20、0.40 g·kg^(-1)的盆栽试验(LN0、LN1、LN2);在番茄上设置0、0.10、0.20、0.30 g·kg^(-1)的盆栽试验(FN0、FN1、FN2、FN3),研究不同施氮量对辣椒、番茄氮素代谢相关酶活性、SPAD值及氮素积累量的影响,以及氮代谢相关酶活性与SPAD值的相关性,探究不同施氮量下茄果类蔬菜氮代谢相关酶与SPAD值的关系,以期为茄果类蔬菜合理施肥提供参考依据。结果表明:适量施用氮肥会提高辣椒、番茄叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)活性和亚硝酸还原酶(NiR)活性,促进了辣椒、番茄氮素转化和叶绿素合成,当施氮量为0.20 g·kg^(-1)时氮素积累量分别增加2.16%~11.01%、9.12%~38.53%;辣椒叶片NR活性与中层SPAD值有显著相关性,最佳拟合模型是线性回归方程;番茄叶片NR、NiR活性与上层SPAD有显著相关性,最佳拟合模型分别是三次方回归方程和二次方回归方程,相关系数为0.733、0.659。 Taking‘Wangjiao 518’pepper and‘Tianrun 9’tomato as the test materials,and the mass ratio test of nitrogen and substrate method was used.The pot experiments of 0,0.20 and 0.40 g·kg^(-1)(LN0,LN1,LN2)were set on the pepper.The pot experiments of 0,0.10,0.20 and 0.30 g·kg^(-1)(FN0,FN1,FN2,FN3)were set up on tomato.The effects of different nitrogen application rates on the activities of nitrogen metabolism-related enzymes,SPAD value and nitrogen accumulation in pepper and tomato,as well as the correlation between nitrogen metabolism-related enzyme activities and SPAD value were studied,and the relationship between nitrogen metabolism-related enzymes and SPAD values of eggplant and fruit vegetables under different nitrogen application rates was explored,in order to provide reference for the rational fertilization of eggplant and fruit vegetables.The results showed that the appropriate application of nitrogen fertilizer increased the activities of nitrate reductase(NR)and nitrite reductase(NiR)in pepper and tomato leaves,promoted the nitrogen conversion and chlorophyll synthesis of pepper and tomato,and increased the nitrogen accumulation by 2.16%-11.01%and 9.12%-38.53%,respectively,when the nitrogen application rate was 0.20 g·kg^(-1).There was a significant correlation between the NR activity of pepper leaves and the SPAD value in the middle layer,and the best fitting model was the linear regression equation.There was a significant correlation between the activities of NR and NiR in tomato leaves and the upper SPAD,and the best fitting models were quadratic regression equation and quadratic regression equation,respectively,with correlation coefficients of 0.733 and 0.659.
