摘要
腹部恶性肿瘤发病率较高,预后较差。术前对腹部肿瘤的恶性程度、微血供及预后进行评估,对于临床制定精准治疗方案具有重要价值。CT灌注成像(CTP)可通过血流动力学参数定量反映恶性肿瘤的生物学行为。CTP最早应用于脑部肿瘤、脑血管病变的血供情况及预后评估,随后在腹部实质性脏器(肝、胰、脾、肾等)逐步展开。
Abdominal malignancies have a high incidence rate and poor prognosis.Preoperative evaluation of the malignancy,microvascular supply,and prognosis of abdominal tumors is of great value for developing precise treatment plans in clinical practice.CT Perfusion Imaging(CTP)can quantitatively reflect the biological behavior of malignant tumors through dynamic parameters.CTP was first applied to evaluate the blood supply and prognosis of brain tumors and cerebrovascular diseases,and then,gradually expanded in abdominal parenchymal organs(liver,pancreas,spleen,kidney,etc.).This article provides a review of the application of CT perfusion imaging in common malignant tumors in the abdomen.
