摘要
从地方性高校图书馆的历史沿革与发展脉络审视,开展职业道德教育尤为必要。地方性高校图书馆作为区域文化与学术资源的重要支撑,其发展不仅关乎学校教学质量,更影响着地方文化的传承与创新。然而,当前地方性高校图书馆在推进职业道德教育时,面临着多重挑战。地方性高校图书馆服务工作往往处于相对弱势地位,资源有限、关注度不足;学生读者群体性格尚不成熟,对图书馆规则与职业道德的认知有待加强;加之图书馆职业道德评价标准模糊,缺乏具体可操作的量化指标。为有效应对这些困难,该文提出了一系列策略:通过优化图书馆管理机制,引导馆员职业道德的良性发展;制定阶段性的图书馆职业道德量表,明确评价标准;同时,充分发挥舆论监督的正面作用,营造良好的职业道德氛围,从而全方位推进地方性高校图书馆的职业道德教育。
From the perspective of the historical evolution and development trajectory of local university libraries,it is particularly necessary to carry out professional ethics education.As an important support for regional culture and academic resources,the development of local university libraries not only concerns the teaching quality of the school but also affects the inheritance and innovation of local culture.However,at present,local university libraries face multiple challenges when promoting professional ethics education.The service work of local libraries is often in a relatively weak position,with limited resources and insufficient attention;the student reader group is still in the process of personality development,and their understanding of library rules and professional ethics needs to be strengthened;in addition,the evaluation standards for library professional ethics are vague and lack specific and operational quantitative indicators.To effectively address these difficulties,this article proposes a series of strategies:optimizing the library management mechanism to guide the healthy development of librarians'professional ethics;formulating phased library professional ethics scales to clarify evaluation standards;and at the same time,giving full play to the positive role of public opinion supervision to create a good atmosphere of professional ethics,thereby comprehensively promoting professional ethics education in local university libraries.
