摘要
针对利用现有天然气管道远程传输氢易产生氢损伤而导致管道力学性能劣化,以及无信号覆盖的管道段无法及时监测存在安全隐患的问题,提出一种基于北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)的掺氢天然气管道健康监测系统:通过BDS导航定位、数据传输和双向通信等服务功能,远程获取基于传感器监测的管道运行数据,并结合现有监测和巡检技术掌握管道健康状况;在可视化系统运行中可实时获取管道运行参数,若监测到管道发生泄漏,系统自动发出警报,显示当前泄漏位置及详情,实现快速抢险响应。系统可实现对服役掺氢天然气管道日常及危险状态监测,提高管道输送安全性和运维人员的工作效率。
Aiming at the problem of hydrogen damage caused by remote transmission of hydrogen through existing natural gas pipelines,which leads to deterioration of pipeline mechanical performance,and the inability to monitor pipeline sections without signal coverage in a timely manner,which poses safety hazards,the paper proposed a hydrogen blended natural gas pipeline health monitoring system based on the BeiDou satellite navigation system(BDS):the system remotely obtains the pipeline operation data based on sensor monitoring through the service functions of BDS navigation and positioning,data transmission and two-way communication,and grasps the pipeline health condition by combining the existing monitoring and inspection technologies;during the operation of the visualization system,pipeline operation parameters can be obtained in real time;if a leakage is detected in the pipeline,the system will automatically issue an alarm,display the current leakage location and details,and realize rapid emergency response.The system could realize daily and hazardous condition monitoring of hydrogen-doped natural gas pipelines in service,which would improve the safety of pipeline transportation and the efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel.
