摘要
伴随着国际贸易摩擦频发、地缘政治冲突持续及全球性“黑天鹅”事件的冲击,中小企业在国际市场拓展中面临的技术审查与知识产权风险日益严峻。尤其是在我国企业进入欧美等发达国家市场时,更频繁地遭遇“实体清单”“污名化”“长臂管辖”等多种形式的技术制裁。本文以B科技公司为案例,从动态能力理论与数据赋能的双重视角,结合企业三阶段实践,分析B科技公司如何运用数据赋能手段,推动外贸企业在感知市场变化、捕获市场机遇以及重构内部资源方面的动态能力实现升级。基于此,本文提出注重人才引进培养、深化数智技术应用及促进技术融合创新等对策建议,以供参考。
In the context of frequent international trade frictions,ongoing geopolitical confl icts,and the impact of global“black swan”incidents,small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)face increasingly severe technological reviews and intellectual property risks when expanding into international markets.In particular,when entering developed markets such as Europe and the United States,Chinese enterprises more frequently encounter various forms of technological sanctions,including“entity lists,”“stigmatization,”and“long-arm jurisdiction.”This paper takes B Technology Company as an example and,from the dual perspectives of dynamic capabilities and data empowerment,analyzes,based on the company’s three-stage practical experience,how data empowerment can be used to enhance foreign trade enterprises’dynamic capabilities in sensing market changes,capturing market opportunities,and restructuring internal resources.In light of the fi ndings,this paper proposes corresponding suggestions:attach importance to introducing and cultivating talent,deepen the application of digital-intelligent technologies and promote the integration and innovation of technologies,in order to provide references for SMEs to strengthen their competitiveness in overseas market expansion in the VUCA era.
