摘要
本文从产业链视角评估中国新能源产业的全球竞争力,采用主成分分析、固定效应面板数据回归及贸易竞争力指数等方法,基于2015—2024年数据,对10个经济体展开分析。研究结果显示,2024年中国新能源产业竞争力得分为2.20,位居首位,中游制造环节优势突出,但上游原材料对外依存度高、技术创新能力不足仍是其突出短板。回归分析表明,技术专利数量与政策支持力度对竞争力提升呈显著正向影响,而进口集中度则呈现负向作用。基于此,本文提出通过增强上游供应链安全、推动中游技术升级与效率提升、扩大下游市场应用与需求、促进产业链协同与国际化发展等举措,以巩固全球竞争优势,为“双碳”目标的实现提供有力支撑。
This study assesses the global competitiveness of China’s new energy industry from the perspective of the industrial chain.It employs principal component analysis,fi xed-eff ect panel data regression,and trade competitiveness index methods.Based on the data from 2015 to 2024,it analyzes 10 economies.The research results indicate that in 2024,China’s new energy industry achieved a competitiveness score of 2.20,ranking fi rst,with pronounced advantages in the midstream manufacturing segment.However,high foreign dependence on upstream raw materials and insuffi cient technological innovation capability remain prominent weaknesses.Regression analysis shows that number of technological patents and the level of policy support have a signifi cant positive impact on competitiveness,while import concentration has a negative eff ect.Based on these fi ndings,this paper suggests strengthening upstream supply chain security,promoting technological upgrading and effi ciency improvements in the midstream sector,expanding market applications and demand in the downstream segment,and fostering industrial chain coordination and international development.These measures would help consolidate China's global competitiveness advantage and provide strong support for achieving the“dual carbon”goals.
