摘要
培育新质生产力,提高区域经济抗风险能力,是促进区域经济高质量发展的关键。本文基于2011—2022年中国31个省份的面板数据,构建新质生产力和经济韧性的综合评价指标体系,采用双向固定效应作为基准回归模型,分析新质生产力对经济韧性的影响,并利用中介效应模型探讨产业结构升级在两者中的作用路径。研究发现:(1)新质生产力能显著提升中国的经济韧性,该结论经过稳健性检验后仍成立。(2)区域异质性分析表明,新质生产力在东部和西部地区对经济韧性的提升作用是显著的,但在东北和中部地区,此种提升作用消失。(3)以产业结构高级化和合理化表征产业结构升级,中介效应结果表明,新质生产力可通过推动产业结构合理化和高级化来提升区域经济韧性。研究结论为促进新质生产力发展、增强经济韧性、实现经济高质量可持续发展提供了理论与实践依据。
Fostering new quality productive forces and improving the resilience of the regional economy stand as the key to promoting the high-quality development of the regional economy.This study utilizes panel data from 31 Chinese provinces spanning 2011 to 2022 to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for new quality productive forces and economic resilience.Employing a two-way fixed effect model as the benchmark regression method,the research examines the impact of new quality productive forces on economic resilience and employs a mediation eff ect model to explore how industrial structure upgrading mediates this relationship.The research results indicate that:(1)New quality productive forces have a significant positive impact on China's economic resilience,a conclusion that holds true after robustness tests.(2)Analyzing regional heterogeneity reveals that new quality productive forces significantly enhance economic resilience in eastern and western regions of China,whereas this effect is absent in China's northeastern and central regions.(3)Industrial structure upgrading,refl ected in both rationalization and advancement,mediates the impact of new quality productive forces on enhancing regional economic resilience,as indicated by the results of the mediation eff ect analysis.The fi ndings of the research off er theoretical and practical foundations for fostering the development of new quality productive forces,strengthening economic resilience,and ensuring high-quality and sustainable economic progress.
