离轴抛物面准直系统的装调技术研究

摘要 在商业航天迅猛发展的大背景下,离轴抛物面镜发射准直光学系统凭借无色差、宽光谱、中心无遮拦、真空与常压一致性等显著优势,受到了广泛关注与青睐。然而,该系统非旋转对称的布局特性,给光学系统的装调工作带来了诸多挑战与困难。以离轴抛物面镜发射准直光学系统为例,展开深入的理论和仿真研究,旨在探索有效的装调策略,为离轴抛物面镜发射准直光学系统在商业航天领域的进一步应用与发展提供技术支持。实验结果表明,利用该方案装调好的离轴抛物面镜发射准直光学系统符合设计指标要求,且装调过程简单,满足量产批产的要求,对离轴抛物面镜发射准直光学系统的航天商业化具有重要意义。 Against the backdrop of rapid development in commercial aerospace,off-axis parabolic mirror emission collimation optical systems have received widespread attention and favor due to their significant advantages such as chromatic aberration free,wide spectrum,unobstructed center,and consistency between vacuum and atmospheric pressure.However,the non rotationally symmetric layout characteristics of the system have brought many challenges and difficulties to the installation and adjustment of the optical system.Taking the off-axis parabolic mirror launch collimation optical system as an example,in-depth theoretical and simulation research is conducted to explore effective installation and adjustment strategies,providing technical support for the further application and development of off-axis parabolic mirror launch collimation optical systems in the commercial aerospace field.The experimental results show that the off-axis parabolic mirror launch collimation optical system installed and adjusted using this scheme meets the design specifications,and the installation and adjustment process is simple,meeting the requirements of mass production.It is of great significance for the aerospace commercialization of off-axis parabolic mirror launch collimation optical system.
