基于振动信号分析的医疗器械滚动轴承故障诊断

摘要 医疗器械直接或间接作为人体疾病的诊疗仪器,广泛应用在各类医院。医疗仪器的管理是医院管理水平的重要体现,也从侧面反映了医院的医疗水平。滚动轴承在X射线机中广泛应用,且设备的大型化、复杂化使得传统的事后维修的故障诊断方式影响了设备的利用率,造成了医疗资源浪费,本文通过对大型的X射线机进行振动信号采集、分析,及早发现潜在的故障隐患,提高了设备的利用率。结果表明,通过振动信号分析能对X射线机的滚动轴承进行诊断并准确定位,在提高设备利用率、及早发现轴承缺陷方面有显著优势。 Medical devices,directly or indirectly used as diagnostic and therapeutic instruments for human diseases,are widely used in various hospitals.The management of medical equipment is an important reflection of the hospital's management level,and also indirectly reflects the hospital's medical level.Rolling bearings are widely used in X-ray,and the large-scale and complex nature of the equipment has affected the utilization rate of traditional post maintenance fault diagnosis methods.This article analyzes vibration signals of large X-ray.The results show that vibration signal analysis can diagnose the rolling bearings,which has significant advantages in improving equipment utilization and early detection of bearing defects.
