摘要
在传统医院管理模式中,患者健康管理存在信息碎片化、流程低效及缺乏实时监测等问题,导致医疗资源浪费与患者体验不佳。文章设计了一种基于物联网技术的智慧医院患者全流程健康管理平台,通过优化物联网感知节点布局,确保医疗数据精准采集;构建健康分析模型,精准评估患者健康状态;基于模型输出个性化健康管理方案,增强干预效果。经测试实验验证,该平台能显著提高医疗效率,为智慧医院建设提供创新思路与实践参考。
In the traditional hospital management mode,the problems of patient health management,such as information fragmentation,process inefficiency and lack of real-time monitoring,lead to waste of medical resources and poor patient experience.The paper designs a smart hospital patient whole-process health management platform based on Internet of Things technology,ensure accurate collection of medical data by optimizing the layout of iot sensing nodes,build a health analysis model to accurately evaluate the health status of patients,based on the model output personalized health management scheme,enhance the intervention effect.After testing and experimental verification,the platform can significantly improve medical efficiency,and provide innovative ideas and practical references for the construction of smart hospitals.
