新工科背景下液压与气压传动课程教学改革与实践

Teaching Reform and Practice of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission Courses under the Background of New Engineering Disciplines

摘要 为解决学生对理论知识感受不直观、对前沿技术不了解、对课程与产业关联性不清楚等问题,对“液压与气压传动”这一机械工程学科核心课程的教学改革进行了探索与实践。提出“理实融合、科教融汇、虚实结合”的三维协同教学模式。通过在理论教学中融入企业产品开发设计案例,构建探究式理实融合教学体系,充分利用科研项目资源,驱动教学内容与时俱进,开发虚拟仿真实践教学资源平台,强化学生的实践操作能力。实践结果表明,该教学模式不仅提升了学生的理论知识水平和实践能力,还增强了学生的科技创新意识和服务地方发展的能力,为新工科背景下的课程教学改革提供了新思路和实践路径。 To address the challenges of students’lack of intuitive understanding of theoretical knowledge,limited awareness of cutting-edge technologies,and unclear connections between courses and industry,a comprehensive exploration and implementation of teaching reforms for the core mechanical engineering course“Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission”was conducted.The“Three-Dimensional Collaborative Teaching Pattern”consisting of“Theory-Practice Integration”,“Science-Education Convergence”,and“Virtuality-Reality Integration”,was proposed.This approach integrates industry product development and design cases into theoretical teaching,creating an inquiry-based theory-practice fusion teaching system.The use of research project resources drives the alignment of teaching content with the latest advancements.Additionally,a virtual simulation-based practical teaching resource platform was developed to enhance students’hands-on operational skills.The results of the practice show that this teaching pattern not only significantly improves students’theoretical knowledge and practical abilities but also fosters their awareness of technological innovation and their capacity to contribute to the local development.This provides new ideas and practical pathways for course teaching reforms under the context of new engineering education.
