专业背景课程核辐射探测思政体系构建与实践

摘要 当下,军队高等院校秉持“立德树人、为战育人”的教育理念,研究如何将价值塑造有机地融入能力培养和知识传授之中,是夯实创新人才专业基础的第一要务。课程思政理念的提出,促使专业能力教育与思想政治教育同向而行,逐渐展现出相得益彰的协同效应。然而当前专业课程思政改革还存在思政要点碎片化、教育过程机械化等现实问题。课程团队以专业背景课程思政体系设计与构建为抓手,以课程思政体系运用与实践为手段,探索出具有鲜明特色的核辐射探测“同心圆”课程思政体系,在构建多功能系列思政案例库的同时,利用军民融合、竞教融合的教学手段,打造多模态实践教学场景,全方位激发学员情感价值共鸣。以期为同类型高等院校专业课程思政体系建设提供参考。 Currently,military universities adhere to the educational principle of"cultivating individuals through virtue and educating for warfare",emphasizing the integration of value formation with skill development and knowledge impartation.This is crucial for establishing a solid foundation for nurturing innovative talents.The proposed ideological and political ideas in the curriculum aim to align professional competency education with political education,gradually yielding a synergistic effect.However,there are practical challenges in the current reform of ideological and political aspects within professional courses,such as fragmented points and mechanized teaching processes.To address these issues,our course team takes a professional-oriented approach in designing and constructing an ideological and political system within the curriculum.We also employ this system's application and practice as means to explore distinctive features of a"concentric circle"course ideology that radiates throughout nuclear detection studies.Additionally,we build a multifunctional series of ideological and political case databases while utilizing teaching methods that integrate military-civilian perspectives and foster competition-based learning environments.These efforts aim to evoke comprehensive emotional resonance among students while providing valuable insights for designing similar curricula at other institutions.
