国内地下式污水处理厂的现状与发展 被引量:1

Underground Wastewater Treatment Plants in China:Current Status and Further Development

摘要 随着经济的快速发展与城镇化进程的加快,地下式污水处理厂因其占地小、可提升周边土地价值等优势在国内受到广泛关注。相比于地上式污水处理厂,地下式污水处理厂不仅能降低“邻避”效应,还能为城市土地资源节约与环境承载力提升作出较大贡献。然而,当前研究仍缺乏对国内地下式污水处理厂不同规模、工艺选择及节地效果等基本情况的系统认识,且对于地下式污水处理厂投资建设与未来发展亟待分析。基于此,总结了国内地下污水处理厂工程案例的建设经验,分析了地下式污水处理厂的占地情况及实现节地优势工艺的选取,并讨论了在“双碳”背景下地下式污水处理厂的发展方向,以期为我国地下污水处理厂的建设与发展提供参考。 With rapid economic development and accelerated urbanization,underground wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)have drawn increasing attention due to their low land demand and high surrounding land value.Compared with conventional WWTPs,the underground WWTPs could significantly reduce negative environmental impacts(the Not‑In‑My‑Backyard effect)and contribute to saving urban land and enhancing environmental carrying capacity.However,the current research still lacks a systematic understanding of the underground WWTPs with different capacities,different processes selection,and land‑saving effect.Moreover,analysis of the investment,construction,and future development of the underground WWTPs are necessary.In this context,the construction experience of domestic underground WWTPs was summarized,and the land occupation of underground WWTP as well as the process selection for achieving land‑saving advantages were analyzed,and the development direction of underground WWTP under the“dual carbon”goals was discussed,providing technical references for the construction and development of underground WWTPs in China in the future.
