摘要
线粒体为真核生物生命所必需的细胞器,是细胞的动力源。虫螨腈、哒螨灵、鱼藤酮、唑虫酰胺类农药的毒理机制主要是直接损伤线粒体的结构和功能而造成组织病理损害。此类农药在毒理机制、中毒表现及治疗方面存在异同。本文就近年来对此类农药中毒研究领域取得的进展作一综述,为临床救治提供参考。
Mitochondria are indispensable organelles for the life of eukaryotes and are the powerhouse of cells.The toxicological mechanisms of pesticides such as chlorfenapyr,pyridaben,rotenone,and tolfenpyrad are mainly to directly damage the structure and function of mitochondria and cause histopathological damage.These pesticides have similarities and differences in toxicological mechanisms,poisoning manifestations,and treatment approaches.This article reviews the progress made in the field of pesticide poisoning research in recent years,provide reference for clinical treatment.
