摘要
以晋城职业技术学院6个专业在校学生为研究对象,围绕大学生职业规划能力现状展开调查。分析显示:当前大学生面临自我认知与职业探索深度不足、职业目标设定精度不够、规划执行与调整效果不佳的困境,制约着大学生毕业即就业的目标实现。基于此,本文从个性化职业规划指导角度思考,提出设立职业规划咨询工作室,依托校企合作平台构建岗位胜任力模型、建立生涯成长档案等实践路径,以期为高职院校学生开展个性化职业规划指导工作提供有益参考和借鉴。
Taking students from six majors in Jincheng Institute of Technology as the research subjects,this paper conducts a survey focusing on the current situation of college students’career planning abilities.The analysis reveals that current college students are facing challenges such as insufficient depth of self-awareness and career exploration,insufficient accuracy in setting career goals,and poor effectiveness in executing and adjusting career plans,which hinder the achievement of their goal of employment upon graduation.Based on this,the paper,from the perspectives of personalized career planning guidance,proposes practical approaches including establishing career planning consultation studios,leveraging school-enterprise cooperation platforms,constructing post competency models,and setting up career growth portfolios.These initiatives aim to provide valuable references and insights for vocational colleges in conducting personalized career planning guidance for their students.
