摘要
为降低装配式混凝土结构施工质量风险,本文结合工程实例对装配式混凝土结构楼板施工的关键技术与质量控制进行了深入研究。对装配式混凝土结构楼板施工工艺、施工关键技术要点进行了阐述;从预制构件吊装、钢筋连接及混凝土浇筑三方面对装配式混凝土结构楼板施工质量控制要点进行论述。本研究针对性较强,可为装配式混凝土结构楼板施工提供借鉴和参考。
To reduce the construction quality risks of prefabricated concrete structures,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the key technologies and quality control of prefabricated concrete structure floor construction combined with engineering examples.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of the project.Secondly,it presents the construction process of prefabricated concrete structure floors,including the production and transportation of prefabricated floors,on-site planning and layout,hoisting of prefabricated floors,and construction of cast-in-place parts.Thirdly,it expounds the key technologies for prefabricated concrete structure floor construction,such as floor hoisting,steel bar connection,and concrete pouring.Finally,it provides the quality control points for prefabricated concrete structure floor construction,mainly discussed from three aspects:hoisting of prefabricated components,steel bar connection,and concrete pouring.This research is highly targeted and has certain guiding significance for the construction of prefabricated concrete structure floors.
