^(60)Co-γ射线辐射对贵苏1号种子萌发及生长的影响

摘要 为探究^(60)Co-γ射线对紫苏的诱变效应,以贵苏1号为参试材料,通过(0~400 Gy)9个不同剂量^(60)Co-γ射线辐射处理,分析种子萌发、出苗、幼苗移栽后植株生长状况、变异株农艺性状和品质性状差异情况。结果表明,在辐射量为50 Gy时,紫苏种子萌发率、萌发指数、萌发势、发芽速率、出苗率、苗高、主根长、鲜重、活力指数与对照相比均有上升,但无显著差异;随着辐射剂量增加,9个指标均呈下降趋势,与对照相比差异显著。根据回归方程计算出贵苏1号半致死剂量(LD_(50))和理论临界剂量(LD_(40))分别为284.89 Gy和328.55 Gy。变异率随着辐射剂量增加而增加,在200 Gy时变异率比250 Gy高0.91%。对63株变异株农艺性状和品质性状进行分析,发现不同株系之间外观和品质均存在不同程度差异,单株总穗数和亚油酸变异系数最大,分别为43.89%和18.99%;茎粗和不饱和脂肪酸变异系数最小,分别为12.29%和1.02%。 To study the mutagenesis effect of^(60)Co-γradiation on Perilla.Guisu No.1 was treated with 9 different doses of^(60)Co-γradiation(0~400 Gy)to analyze the seed germination,seedling emergence,plant growth after transplanting,agronomic and quality traits of the mutant plants.The results showed that at 50 Gy,the seed germination rate,germination index,germina⁃tion potential,germination rate,emergence rate,seedling height,taproot length,fresh weight and vigor index of Perilla were in⁃creased,but there was no significant difference.With the increase of radiation dose,all the 9 indexes showed a downward trend,and the difference was significant compared with the control.According to the regression equation,the semi-lethal dose(LD_(50))and theoretical critical dose(LD_(40))of Guisu No.1 were calculated to be 284.89 Gy and 328.55 Gy,respectively.The variation rate increased with the increase of radiation dose,and the variation rate was 0.91%higher at 200 Gy than 250 Gy.Agronomic traits and quality traits of 63 mutant strains were analyzed,and it was found that there were different degrees of dif⁃ferences in appearance and quality among different strains.The variation coefficients of total panicle number and linoleic acid per plant were the largest,which were 43.89%and 18.99%,respectively,and the variation coefficients of stem diameter and unsaturated fatty acid were the smallest,which were 12.29%and 1.02%,respectively.
