磁饱和式可控电抗器的磁场与铁心损耗分析

摘要 磁饱和式可控电抗器(magnetically⁃saturated controllable reactor,MSCR)运行时,交、直流共同励磁,铁心各部分磁场分布显著不同,这对损耗的分析计算造成困难。文中以单相他励式磁饱和电抗器样机研究对象,建立场路耦合三维有限元分析模型,首先计算铁心内部磁场分布,分析得到典型区域的磁场分布和变化特点;在此基础上,对铁心损耗进行仿真计算,归纳得出MSCR铁心总损耗随负载变化而变化的规律。研究指出,磁阀直流偏磁分量随负载增大升高明显,磁阀交变磁场分量随负载升高而降低;由于高直流偏磁分量影响,磁阀区域铁心损耗密度始终明显高于其他区域,尤其是负载增加时其增幅剧烈,同时其附近的心柱铁心损耗密度也增大明显,易导致阀柱铁心温升过高。 In case of operation of magnetically-saturated controllable reactor(MSCR),AC and DC are excited to-gether,and the magnetic field distribution of each part of the core is significantly different,which make the analysis and calcultion of the losses very difficult.In this paper,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model of field-cir-cuit coupling is set up based on the prototype of single-phase separately excited magnetic saturation reactor.Firstly,the magnetic field distribution in the iron core is calculated,and the magnetic field distribution and variation charac-teristics in the typical areas are analyzed.On this basis,the core loss is simulated and calculaed,and the rule that the total loss of MSCR core changes with the load is concluded.The results show that the DC bias component of the mag-netic valve increases obviously with increase of the load,and the alternating magnetic field component of the magnet-ic valve decreases with the increase of the load.Due to the influence of high DC magnetic bias component,the core loss density in the magnetic valve area is always significantly higher than that in other areas,particularly with sharp increase in case of load increase.At the same time,the loss density of the core column nearby also increases signifi-cantly,which easily leads to excessively high temperature of the valve column core.
