环氧树脂制备耐盐雾定子线棒绝缘涂层研究

摘要 当前对环氧树脂制备定子线棒绝缘涂层于盐雾下电气性能变化规律及参数仿真研究不足。本研究以A,B两种环氧树脂基绝缘涂层在温度35±2℃,NaCl质量浓度为50±5 g·L^(-1)盐雾条件下测试,观察不同盐雾天数涂层微观形貌和表面粗糙度,测量介电常数和介电损耗表征绝缘性能,并运用COMSO仿真体积损耗密度。结果显示,盐雾腐蚀后A涂层形貌光滑平整,B涂层微观多孔;A涂层表面粗糙度,介电常数,介电损耗对盐雾腐蚀敏感度低于B涂层,仿真所得A涂层盐雾后体积损耗密度最大值仅为0.79 W·m^(-3)优于B涂层1.78 W·m^(-3),该研究为环氧树脂涂层在电机设备应用提供重要参考。 At present,the study on the variation of electrical properties and parameter simulation of stator wire bar insulation coating prepared by epoxy resin under salt spray is insufficient.In this study,two epoxy-resin-based insulating coatings,A and B,were tested under the condition of 35±2℃and 50±5 g·L^(-1) salt spray.The microscopic morphology and surface roughness of the coatings with different days of salt spray were observed,the dielectric constant and dielectric loss were measured to characterize the insulation properties,and the volume loss density was simulated by COMSO.The results show that after salt spray corrosion,the A coating is smooth and flat,and the B coating is microporous.The surface roughness,dielectric constant and dielectric loss of coating A are less sensitive to salt spray corrosion than those of coating B.The simulation results show that the maximum volume loss density of coating A after salt spray is only 0.79 W·m^(-3),which is better than that of coating B 1.78 W·m^(-3).This study provides an important reference for the application of epoxy resin coating in motor equipment.
