基于AHP-TOPSIS法的电网继电保护可靠性综合评价研究

摘要 现有的电网继电保护系统可靠性综合评价体系结构不合理,传统评价方法不适用。提出了一种基于AHP-TOPSIS的电网继电保护可靠性综合评价方法。首先,采用分析法和综合法建立了面向电网的继电保护可靠性综合评价体系,包括总目标层、子目标层和指标层。其中,子目标层包括狭义可靠性和广义可靠性两个子目标。其次,阐述了基于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)-逼近理想解排序(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)进行综合评价的原理,具体为采用AHP法确定电网继电保护可靠性综合评价体系中各评价指标的权重,采用TOPSIS评价模型得到综合评价结果。最后,基于电网公司的相关统计数据对电网继电保护的可靠性进行合理评价。算例分析中电网继电保护狭义可靠性的评价结果与电网继电保护的实践经验相一致,表明了AHP-TOPSIS法的有效性。基于AHPTOPSIS法对电网继电保护的可靠性进行综合评价是可行的。 The existing comprehensive evaluation system of grid relay protection system reliability is illstructured and the traditional evaluation method is not applicable.In view of the above situation,this paper proposes a new comprehensive evaluation method of grid relay protection reliability based on AHP-TOPSIS(analytic hierarchy process-technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution).Firstly,the paper uses the analysis method and the comprehensive method to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the reliability of relay protection for the power grid,including the general objective layer,sub-objective layer and indicator layer,and then expounds the principle of conducting comprehensive evaluation based on AHP-TOPSIS,specifically speaking,to determine the weights of each evaluation index in the comprehensive evaluation system of power grid relay protection reliability by using the AHP method,and obtain the comprehensive evaluation result by using the TOPSIS evaluation model.Finally,based on the relevant statistical data of power grid companies,the paper makes a reasonable evaluation of the reliability of power grid relay protection.The evaluation results of the narrow reliability of power grid relay protection in the case study analysis are consistent with the practical experience of power grid relay protection,indicating the effectiveness of the AHP-TOPSIS method,and feasibility of conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the reliability of power grid relay protection based on the AHP-TOPSIS method.
