摘要
探讨大连市青年发展型城市建设空间布局结构的差异性及其成因,为优化城市空间布局、提升青年发展型城市建设水平提供科学依据和决策支持。结合大连市实际情况,构建多层次多指标分析模型,运用AHP-TOPSIS法综合评价大连市青年发展型城市建设空间布局结构,利用变异系数分析各指标对空间布局结构差异性的影响力,在GIS平台实现模型并进行空间分析。大连市青年发展型城市建设空间布局呈现“核心引领、梯度扩散”的总体格局,核心城区建设水平较高但内部存在断层,城市功能拓展区以中低等级为主,远郊县市青年发展要素极度匮乏;住房市场、交通基础设施、公共服务等是导致空间布局结构差异的主要因素。大连市青年发展型城市建设需以住房、交通、公共服务为核心抓手,通过精准调控区域差异、优化资源配置,提升城市对青年群体的综合吸引力与空间均衡性;不同区域应根据自身特点采取差异化优化策略,核心城区提质增效、功能拓展区强化配套、远郊县市精准突破,以实现全市青年发展型城市建设的整体提升。
This paper explored the differences and causes of spatial layout structure in the construction of a youth development-oriented city in Dalian,providing scientific basis and decision-making support for optimizing urban spatial layout and improving the level of youth development-oriented city construction.Based on the actual situation in Dalian,an analysis model consisting of 8 dimensions and 33 indicators was constructed.The AHP-TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively evaluate the spatial layout structure of the construction of a youth development-oriented city in Dalian.The coefficient of variation was used to analyze the impact of each indicator on the differences in spatial layout structure.GIS technology was used to implement the model and conduct spatial analysis.The spatial layout of the construction of a youth development-oriented city in Dalian presents an overall pattern of"core leadership and gradient diffusion".The construction level of the core urban area is relatively high,but there are internal faults.The urban expansion area is mainly of medium and low levels,and the development elements of youth in suburban counties and cities are extremely scarce;the housing market,transportation infrastructure,public services,etc.are the main factors leading to differences in spatial layout structure.The construction of a youth development-oriented city in Dalian needs to take housing,transportation,and public services as the core focus,and enhance the comprehensive attractiveness and spatial balance of the city to the youth group through precise regulation of regional differences and optimization of resource allocation;different regions should adopt differentiated optimization strategies based on their own characteristics,such as improving the quality and efficiency of core urban areas,strengthening supporting facilities in expanded areas,and making precise breakthroughs in suburban counties and cities,in order to achieve overall improvement in the construction of youth development-oriented cities throughout the city.
