某雷达高热流密度风冷散热设计

摘要 随着大功率器件的普及,单点热耗高且热流密度大的问题越发突出。以往的解决方法都采用液冷散热,但液冷散热相较于风冷散热存在设备量大、成本高等缺点。通过对相控阵雷达热设计的分析,介绍了一种小阵面相控阵雷达散热设计的方法,重点阐述了设计过程中冷却方式的选择、风道的设计,并通过FLOTHERM热仿真软件对整个散热系统进行了仿真模拟与验证,为小阵面相控阵雷达热设计方面提供了一定的参考。 As the use of high-power devices becomes more and more popular,the problems of high single-point heat consumption and high heat flux density have become more prominent.In the past,liquid cooling is used to solve this problem.But compared with air cooling,liquid cooling has the disadvantages such as a lot of equipment and high cost.A method for heat dissipation design of small array phased array radar is introduced by analyzing the thermal design of phased array radar.Selection of cooling mode and design of air duct are depicted emphatically.The whole heat dissipating system is simulated and verified by using ICEPAK thermal simulation software.This method could be used as reference for thermal design of small array phased array radar.
