摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜息肉患者采用宫腔镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法目的选取2022年5月—2023年10月金乡县人民医院收治的128例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,将64例予以常规刮宫术治疗设为对照组,将64例予以宫腔镜手术治疗设为研究组。观察两组患者的手术指标、子宫内膜厚度、月经量变化、术后并发症及复发率。结果研究组手术用时(18.83±2.84)min、手术出血量(16.51±3.08)mL、术后住院时间(5.76±1.57)d,均优于对照组的(32.59±4.35)min、(30.21±5.24)mL、(9.34±2.07)d,差异均有统计学意义(t=21.190,18.032,11.024;P均<0.05)。研究组子宫内膜厚度、月经量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率、复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉患者使用宫腔镜手术治疗,术后恢复更佳,还可降低并发症发生率及复发风险。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 128 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were purposefully selected as the study subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.64 patients were treated with conventional curettage as the control group,and 64 patients were treated with hysteroscopic surgery as the study group.The surgical indexes,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume changes,postoperative complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed.Results The operation time,the amount of bleeding,the postoperative hospital stay were(18.83±2.84)min,(16.51±3.08)mL,(5.76±1.57)d in the study group,which were better than(32.59±4.35)min,(30.21±5.24)mL,(9.34±2.07)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=21.190,18.032,11.024;all P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and menstrual volume of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with endometrial polyps treated with hysteroscopic surgery have better postoperative recovery,and can also reduce the incidence of complications and the risk of recurrence.
