摘要
目的分析宫腔镜切除手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法便利选取2020年1月—2022年6月邳州市人民医院收治的72例子宫内膜息肉患者资料,以双盲法分为对照组(n=36,传统刮宫手术治疗)与观察组(n=36,宫腔镜切除手术治疗),对比两组临床效果、临床相关指标、子宫内膜厚度、月经量、月经时间、术后并发症及疾病复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.22%),较对照组(77.78%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05)。观察组手术、住院时间较对照组更短,术中出血量较对照组更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、6个月,观察组子宫内膜厚度均薄于对照组,月经量均少于对照组,月经时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率、复发率均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫内膜息肉患者实施宫腔镜切除手术治疗的效果显著,可明显减少术中出血量,减轻宫体损伤,促进子宫快速恢复,降低并发症风险,预防复发。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods The data of 72 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Pizhou People′s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were conveniently selected.They were divided into control group(n=36,treated with traditional curettage)and observation group(n=36,treated with hysteroscopic resection)by double-blind method.The clinical effect,clinical related indicators,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume,menstrual time,postoperative complications and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).The operation and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 and 6 months after treatment,the thickness of endometrium in the observation group was thinner than that in the control group,the amount of menstruation was less than that in the control group,and the duration of menstruation was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of hysteroscopic resection on patients with endometrial polyps is significant.It can significantly reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce uterine damage,promote rapid recovery of the uterus,reduce the risk of complications,and prevent recurrence.
