云南重楼果皮中1个新的C_(27)螺甾烷

A New C_(27) Spirosterane from the Pericarps of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis

摘要 目的:对云南重楼Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.果皮进行化学成分研究。方法:利用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱及半制备型高效液相等色谱方法对云南重楼果皮进行化学成分研究,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构,并对化合物1进行抗菌、抗炎活性研究。结果:从云南重楼果皮中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:23α,27-二羟基薯蓣皂苷元(1)、薯蓣皂苷元酮(2)、cyclopinnatol(3)、23(E)-cycloart-23-en-3β,25-diol(4)、nuatigenin(5)、薯蓣皂苷元(6)、β-蜕皮激素(7)、pinnatasterone(8)、benzyl alcohol-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~4、9为首次从重楼属植物中分离得到。化合物1具有抗丙酸痤疮杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌活性和一定的抗炎活性。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the pericarps of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on macroporous absorption resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and semipreparative HPLC.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic data.The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities of compound 1 were studied.Results:Nine compounds were isolated from the Pericarps of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis and identified as 23α,27-dihydroxy diosgenin(1),diosgenone(2),cyclopinnatol(3),23(E)-cycloart-23-en-3β,25-diol(4),nuatigenin(5),diosgenin(6),β-ecdysone(7),pinnatasterone(8),benzyl alcohol-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new compound,compounds 2 to 4,9 are isolated from Paris genus for the first time.Compound 1 has anti-acne propionate,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus activities and certain anti-inflammatory activity.
