摘要
目的:调查全国核医学护理发展现状,为促进核医学护理专业科学规范发展提供参考依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2024年8月—10月采用自行编制的问卷对全国27个省份的134家医院核医学科护士进行调查。结果:134家医院中公立医院124家(92.54%),三级医院132家(98.51%),11个省份成立了核医学护理专业委员会。核医学科开展业务主要包括单光子显像、正电子显像、核素治疗、放免检测、射频消融治疗等。共调查1050名核医学科护士,硕士及以上学历人数占4.28%。核医学科护士的工作内容包括放射性药物注射、检查预约与登记、协助患者碘-131治疗、患者定期随访、科研科普、临床教学等,各医院核医学科配备护士数量差异较大。结论:全国核医学护理尚处于初步发展阶段,存在高层次人才较少、科研能力欠缺等问题。可通过加强核医学科护士的在职培训与继续教育,提升护士科研素质,通过成立各省份的核医学护理专业委员会加强医院之间的交流与合作。
Objective:To understand the current development status of nuclear medicine nursing in China and provide reference for promoting the scientific and standardized development of nuclear medicine nursing profession.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to conduct a survey on the current situation of nuclear medicine nurses in 134 hospitals in 27 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)of China from August to October 2024 using a self-designed questionnaire.Results:There were 124 public hospitals(92.54%),132 tertiary hospitals(98.51%),and nuclear medicine nursing committees were established in 11 provinces.The service of the department of nuclear medicine mainly included single photon imaging,positron imaging,nuclide therapy,radioimmunoassay,radiofrequency ablation,etc.A total of 1050 nuclear medicine nurses were investigated,the number of nurses with master's degree accounted for 4.28%.The work contents of nuclear medicine nurses included radiopharma injection,examination appointment and registration,assisting patients with iodine-131 treatment,regular patient follow-up,scientific research and popularization,clinical teaching,etc.The number of nurses in nuclear medicine departments of hospitals varied greatly.Conclusion:Nuclear medicine nursing in China is still in the initial stage of development,there are few high-level talents,lack of scientific research ability and other problems.The on-the-job training and continuing education of nuclear medicine nurses can be strengthened to improve their scientific research quality,and the exchanges and cooperation between hospitals can be strengthened through the establishment of nuclear medicine nursing committees in various provinces.
