摘要
目的:探讨壮医循筋火龙罐温通护理技术在治疗风寒湿型项痹病中的作用。方法:选取确诊为项痹病的患者80例,根据随机数字表将其分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组选择八段锦锻炼,观察组在对照组的基础上采用壮医循筋火龙罐温通护理技术治疗,两组均治疗15天,共1个疗程。比较两组治疗前后颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分的变化,并分析患者的护理满意度。结果:观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分积分低于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,WHOQOL-BREF评分明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。护理后所有患者均无不良反应。结论:壮医循筋火龙罐温通护理技术可以有效缓解项痹病患者的颈肩部疼痛症状,提高患者的生活质量,为本病的护理外治操作提供了新的思路,值得临床深入研究。
Objective:To explore the role of Zhuang medicine's Xunjin Huolongguan warm-unblocking nursing technique in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness type of Xiangbi disease.Methods:80 patients diagnosed with Xiangbi disease were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table,with 40 patients in each group.The control group chose Baduanjin exercise,while the observation group received Zhuang medicine's Xunjin Huolongguan warm-unblocking nursing technique treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 15 days,constituting one course of treatment.Changes in the Neck Disability Index(NDI)score,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,and various dimensions of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Patient nursing satisfaction and clinical symptom efficacy evaluations were also analyzed.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NDI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the WHOQOL-BREF score was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in all patients after nursing.Conclusion:Zhuang medicine's Xunjin Huolongguan warm-unblocking nursing technique can effectively alleviate neck and shoulder pain symptoms in patients with Xiangbi disease,improve cervical spine mobility,and enhance patients'quality of life.It provides a new approach for the external treatment and nursing of this disease,which is worthy of further clinical research.
