摘要
儿童家庭尊严疗法是一种简短的个体化儿童安宁疗护家庭心理干预,通过家庭谈话为患儿和家属提供表达情感与爱的机会,并以家庭传承文档的形式为家属留下纪念实体。为3个生命受限患儿家庭实施儿童家庭尊严疗法干预,并探讨干预效果和体验,总结干预的独特性和干预技巧。儿童家庭尊严疗法能够促进家庭沟通,帮助家属认识患儿的生命价值,完成与患儿的临终告别,并缓解患儿和家属的心理痛苦,增强其社会支持,但部分情况下,可能增加家属的悲伤思念之情。
Pediatric Family-Based Dignity Therapy(P-FBDT)is a brief,individualized family psychological intervention for children receiving palliative care,providing children and family members with the opportunity to share feelings and love through family interview,and leaving a memorial tangible for the family in the form of a generativity document.The P-FBDT is offered to three families of children with life-limiting conditions.It then explored the effects and experiences of P-FBDT,highlighted the uniqueness of P-FBDT,and summarized the intervention techniques.It concluded that P-FBDT could promote family communication,help family members to recognize the value of the child’s life,enable them to complete farewells with the child,relieve the psychological suffering of the child and family members,and enhance their social support.However,in some cases,it may increase the sadness of family members.
