摘要
目的:探究子宫脱垂患者治疗方案中开腹子宫全切与阴道残端腹横筋膜悬吊术的效果。方法:经过全面检查确诊为子宫脱垂的69例患者(2020年2月1日至2025年1月31日)均接受手术治疗,手术方案为开腹子宫全切+阴道残端腹横筋膜悬吊术。回顾患者一般资料、诊疗经过、手术情况及治疗效果。探究并分析手术的作用、适用范围、优势,并对子宫脱垂的手术治疗方案进行展望。结果:69例患者手术成功率为100.00%,手术平均用时(80.45±12.05)min,术中平均出血量(108.54±9.45)mL,住院平均时间(7.68±1.04)d,术后并发症发生率为0.00%。结论:开腹子宫全切+阴道残端腹横筋膜悬吊术在子宫脱垂患者临床治疗中具有很高的应用价值,疗效确切、成功率高、安全性高,值得推广使用。
Objective:To explore the effect of total abdominal hysterectomy and transversalis fascia suspension of vaginal stump in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse.Methods:A total of 69 patients with uterine prolapse diagnosed by comprehensive examination(February 1,2020 to January 31,2025)received surgical treatment.The surgical plan was abdominal total hysterectomy and transversalis fascia suspension of vaginal stump.The general data,diagnosis and treatment,operation and treatment effects of the patients were reviewed.The role,scope of application and advantages of surgery were explored and analyzed,and the surgical treatment of uterine prolapse was prospected.Results:The success rate of operation was 100.00%,the average operation time was(80.45±12.05)minutes,the average intraoperative blood loss was(108.54±9.45)mL,the average hospitalization time was(7.68±1.04)days,and the incidence of postoperative complications was 0.00%.Conclusion:Total abdominal hysterectomy+transversus abdominis fascia suspension has a high application value in the clinical treatment of patients with uterine prolapse,with definite curative effect,high success rate and high safety,and it is worthyof promotionand use.
