注烟气与蒸汽混合过程热力计算

Thermodynamic modeling of co-injection process of steam and flue gas

摘要 根据能量守恒和质量守恒原理,建立烟气与湿蒸汽混合的热力学模型。利用高精度状态方程计算各组分的逸度系数,编制N_(2)、CO_(2)和水三组分气液两相闪蒸计算程序并进行验证。计算烟气与水蒸气混合的气液两相平衡过程,得到水蒸气干度和气相物质的量分数的变化规律。结果表明:高干度蒸汽与烟气混合蒸汽干度降低而低干度蒸汽混合干度增加,气相体积分数也有相同的变化规律,高低转化的临界注汽干度随注汽压力、烟气组成和烟气温度而变化;蒸汽与烟气混合温度总是降低,即使蒸汽与烟气同温同压,混合温度也降低,干度越低,降温幅度越大,干度越高,降温幅度越小;在注汽条件下,N_(2)和CO_(2)在液相水中的物质的量分数约为千分之几的量级。 A thermodynamic model for wet steam and flue gas blending and injection process was constructed according to the energy and mass conservation principles.The fugacity coefficients were calculated based on the equation of state,and an in-house code of vapor and liquid flash calculation for three components(N_(2),CO_(2)and H_(2)O)was constructed.The code was verified with some two components phase equilibria experimental results and a theory equation.With the code,the steam quality and temperature of the wet steam and flue gas after blending were calculated.It was found that the steam quality can be increased or decreased dependent on its value before blending.There is a threshold value of the steam quality,which is affected by pressure,temperature and flue gas compositions.When the steam quality before blending is less than the threshold value,the steam quality after bending will be increased,and when the steam quality is bigger than the threshold value,it will decrease during blending.The temperature of the blended mixture will be reduced,and the lower the injecting steam quality,the larger of the blending temperature reduction.The mole fractions of N_(2)and CO_(2)in water phase were at around a few thousandths and will be increased when the injecting steam quality decreases.
