摘要
针对组合蒸汽吞吐技术缺少简单明确、科学可靠分区方法的问题,依托数值模拟方法,建立稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜的数值模拟模型,研究渗透率突进系数、原油黏度、油层厚度、井间压力梯度等因素与蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜发生所在周期的定量关系。利用多元非线性回归方法建立多因素影响下蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜发生所在周期的预测模型,利用蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜发生所在周期的不同,实现组合蒸汽吞吐区的定量划分。以王庄油田坨82块为例,采用所建立的模型对相邻蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜发生所在周期进行了计算。实践证明,该模型应用简单方便,结果可靠,实现了不同注汽能力下的组合蒸汽吞吐区的定量划分,满足矿场应用的需要。
A simple,clear,scientific and reliable zoning method is necessary for the combined steam huff-puff.Numerical simulation is used to establish a numerical simulation model for the inter-well steam channeling in the steam puff-huff of heavy oil reservoir.The quantitative correlation is studied between the inter-well steam channeling during steam huff-puff and multiple factors such as permeability contrast coefficient,viscosity,inter-well pressure gradient,etc.The multiple nonlinear regression is used to establish a prediction model for the cycle of inter-well steam channeling during steam huff-puff under the influences of multiple factors.The quantitative zoning of combined steam huff-puff zone is realized by considering the different cycle of inter-well steam channeling.This model is used to predict the inter-well steaming channeling cycle in the Block Tuo82 of Wangzhuang Oilfield.Practice has proved that this simple and convenient model could quantitatively zones the combined steam huff-puff zone for different steam injection capacities,which is favorable for field application.
