摘要
稻谷干燥过程中力学性能的变化对其质量和加工效果至关重要。通过实验和模型构建,系统分析了不同干燥条件对稻谷抗压强度的影响,旨在为优化干燥工艺提供依据。研究设置了干燥温度(40~60℃)、风速(0.4~1.8 m/s)和干燥时间作为变量,探讨各变量对稻谷抗压强度的影响。并采用Page模型预测稻谷含水率的变化过程,然后,利用多元回归模型量化各干燥因素对抗压强度的作用。结果显示,较高的干燥温度和风速会显著降低稻谷的抗压强度,增加破损风险,而适当延长干燥时间则有助于水分的均匀蒸发,增强稻谷的结构稳定性。回归模型拟合结果精度较高(R^(2)=0.9886),表明该模型能够有效预测不同干燥条件下稻谷的抗压强度变化。该研究为稻谷干燥过程中的质量控制和工艺优化提供了重要的量化参考。
Changes in mechanical properties during the drying process of rice grains are crucial to their quality and processing effect.In this study,the effects of different drying conditions on the compressive strength of rice grains were systematically analyzed through experiments and model construction,aiming to provide a basis for optimizing the drying process.The study set drying temperature(40-60℃),wind speeds(0.4-1.8 m/s)and drying time as variables to explore their effects on the compressive strength of rice grains.The Page model was also used to predict the change of rice grain moisture content,and then,the multiple linear regression model was utilized to quantify the role of each drying factor on compressive strength.The results showed that higher drying temperatures and wind speeds significantly reduced the compressive strength of rice grains and increased the risk of breakage,whereas an appropriate extension of the drying time contributed to the uniform evaporation of water and enhanced the structural stability of rice grains.The high accuracy of the model fitting results(R^(2)=0.9903)indicates that the model can effectively predict the change of compressive strength of rice grains under different drying conditions.This study provides an important quantitative reference for the quality control and process optimization in the drying process of rice grains.
