摘要
研究水稻谷粒在收获、储运和加工过程中的破碎问题,必须了解水稻谷粒的弹性模量和泊松比等力学性能参数。为此,利用农业物料机械特性试验机对水稻谷粒进行了压缩试验,测得水稻谷粒的力—位移曲线以及最大破坏力,从而得出其弹性模量和泊松比等常规力学性能参数。水稻谷粒力学性能参数的确定,为深入研究水稻籽粒的损伤指标、籽粒脱粒损伤的机理以及调整收获机械的工作参数等工作提供了必要的理论依据。
In order to study the problem of fragmentation of corns in the process of harvesting, storage and transportation and machining, we must know the numerical value of these mechanical parameters, such as elastic modulus E and stress ratio. In this passage, the compressing experimentation about corn was held by the test-bed of characteristic of agriculture materiel, and the curve of corns about the pressure and the displacement and the maximum numerical value of destructive force were obtained. As a result, those normal parameters of characteristic of elastic modulus E and stress ratio could be worked out, and the academic gist for research on the scathing index of corn, the mechanism of damage during the process of threshing and rectifying the working parameters of combine harvesters were prepared.
