摘要
培养具有国际视野的复合型人才已成为高等教育国际化的重要途径之一。“4321”人才培养模式以学生为中心,通过项目驱动、英语强化、虚拟仿真平台和国际化教育网络工具的综合运用,旨在培养具有国际视野、先进科学知识与实践技能的国际化通信人才。首先解析了“4321”模式的内涵,然后分析了其特点,并以沈阳工业大学与英国德比大学联合举办的通信工程本科教育项目为例,详细阐述了该模式在中外合作办学中的具体应用。研究结果表明,“4321”模式有效提升了人才培养质量,促进了国际交流与合作,为中外合作办学提供了有益的借鉴。
Cultivating interdisciplinary talents with a global perspective has become one of the key pathways to internationalizing higher education.This model focuses on students,utilizing project-driven learning,English enhancement,virtual simulation platforms,and international educational network tools to cultivate international communications talents with broad international perspectives,advanced scientific knowledge,and both theoretical and practical skills.The paper first analyzes the connotation of the“4321”model,then discusses its characteristics,and elaborates on its specific application in Sino-foreign cooperative education using the undergraduate education program in communications engineering jointly organized by Shenyang University of Technology and the University of Derby in the UK as an example.The research results indicate that the“4321”model effectively improves the quality of talent cultivation and promotes international exchanges and cooperation,providing useful insights for Sino-foreign cooperative education.
