摘要 兖矿能源集团东滩煤矿43_(下)02综采工作面正探索无人监护生产,针对井下复杂环境,智能化转型面临人工参与度高、记忆截割适应性弱等问题,计划以数字孪生、柔性生产等理论为基础,设想构建“数字孪生”的高效、柔性智能工作面,通过数字映射与三维建模,工作面控制中心智能模拟煤机截割,形成数据下发给采煤机与天玛电液控控制器,配合云台摄像仪收集数据,动态调整煤机挑顶刹刀、支架拉移、运输机推移等工作状态,实现智能管理;建立生产检修数据库,数值化管理设备状态与检修周期,精准维护提升设备寿命,降低故障率。该方案将单班人员从7人减至3人,工作效率提升50%以上。 The 43_(lower)02 fully mechanized mining face of Dongtan Coal Mine in Yankuang Energy Group is exploring unsupervised production.In response to the complex downhole environment and the problems of high manual participation and weak memory cutting adaptability and others faced by intelligentization transformation,planning to take theories such as digital twin,flexible production and others as the basis to imagine and construct efficient and flexible intelligent working faces called"digital twin".Through digital mapping and 3D modeling,the working face control center intelligently simulates coal machine cutting,forms and sends data to the coal mining machine and Tianma electro-hydraulic control controller.With the help of pan tilt camera to collect data,it dynamically adjusts the working status of the coal machine's roof trimming and shearing,bracket pulling and moving,transport aircraft pushing and moving,etc.,to achieve intelligent management;Establish a production inspection and maintenance database,numerically manage equipment status and inspection and maintenance cycles,accurately maintain and improve equipment lifespan,and reduce failure rates.This scheme reduces the number of personnel in a single shift from 7 to 3,and improves work efficiency by more than 50%.
