摘要
针对采用“即刻返工”机制的生产系统面临的设备组成复杂性高、空闲机器空转时间长、能耗在线优化难度大等问题,提出一种基于数字孪生的生产系统在线能耗优化方法。构建了面向生产系统能耗优化的数字孪生系统,建立了面向“即刻返工”机制的生产系统能耗数字模型,融合实时数据实现了基于最佳缓存区阈值的在线能耗优化。以某新能源车厂电池车间模组产线为应用对象,设计并开发了该车间返工型生产线的能耗优化数字孪生系统,验证了所提方法的有效性与可行性。
Aiming at the problems of high complexity of equipment composition, long idle time of idle machines, and difficulty in online optimization of energy consumption faced by production systems that adopt the “immediate rework” mechanism, an online energy optimization method for production systems based on digital twin was proposed. A digital twin system for energy consumption optimization of production systems was constructed, a digital model of energy consumption for production systems was established for the “immediate rework” mechanism, and the real-time data was integrated to achieve online energy consumption optimization based on the optimal buffer threshold. Taking the module production line of the battery workshop of a new energy vehicle factory as the application object, the energy consumption optimization digital twin system of the rework production line was designed and developed, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified.
