摘要 地下煤矿开采需要有效的技术方法来控制瓦斯的排放。针对低渗透性煤层瓦斯抽采困难的问题,提出了一种低渗煤层瓦斯高效抽采方法,并进行了井下工程试验,包括长钻孔、斜交叉钻孔和上隅角柔性抽采管等技术。现场试验表明,该技术可有效提高低渗煤层瓦斯抽采率,51109、51105工作面瓦斯抽采率从30%分别提高到67.33%和76.44%,工作面风流中瓦斯浓度大幅下降至0.3%左右。研究为低渗透性煤层瓦斯治理技术研究提供了新思路。 Underground coal mining requires effective technical methods to control gas emissions.Aiming at the difficulty of gas drainage in low-permeability coal seams,an efficient gas drainage method in low-permeability coal seams was proposed,and downhole engineering tests were carried out,including long boreholes,oblique cross boreholes,and upper corner flexible drainage pipes,etc.technology.Field tests showed that this technology can effectively improve the gas drainage efficiency of low-permeability coal seams.The gas emission ratio of 51109 and 51105 working face is increased from 30%to 67.33%and 76.44%,respectively,and the gas concentration in the wind flow of the working face is greatly reduced to about 0.3%.The research can provide a new idea for the study of gas control technology in low permeability coal seams.
