摘要
本文系统以某高盐废水膜浓缩蒸发结晶系统的性能试验为例,分析了采用预处理+逐级膜浓缩+蒸发结晶的膜浓缩蒸发结晶工艺的产水量、产水水质、结晶盐品质、药耗、电耗和汽耗。结果表明,该技术可实现盐水分离,其产水可实现自回用,结晶盐中氯化钠+硫酸钠总含量为99%以上,虽然结晶盐品质满足设计要求,但结晶盐综合利用率低,同时预处理产生的氢氧化镁污泥脱水性能需进一步优化。
This paper takes the performance test of a membrane concentration and evaporation crystallization system for high-salinity wastewater as an example,analyzing the water production rate,water quality,quality of crystallized salt,chemical consumption,electricity consumption,and steam consumption of the membrane concentration and evaporation crystallization process that employs pretreatment,step-by-step membrane concentration,and evaporation crystallization.The results indicate that this technology can achieve saltwater separation,with the produced water suitable for reuse.The total content of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate in the crystallized salt is over 99%.Although the quality of the crystallized salt meets the design requirements,the overall utilization rate of the crystallized salt is low.Additionally,the dewatering performance of the magnesium hydroxide sludge generated during pretreatment needs further optimization.
