摘要
焦化厂反渗透浓盐水通常采用蒸发结晶处理工艺,实际运行过程中存在处理成本高,操作困难,产生的盐难以消纳等问题。本研究在对已投产运行的某焦化厂蒸发结晶系统充分调研的基础上,分析对比适合该厂的反渗透浓盐水处理工艺,综合考虑企业和环境可持续发展的因素,选取“臭氧催化氧化+高密度沉淀池+多介质过滤器”深度处理工艺方案。通过一定时间的运行,基本达到预期的设计目标,为该焦化厂实现低成本的废水处理提供了可靠的依据。
Reverse osmosis concentrated brine from coking plants is usually treated by evaporation and crystallization,which has problems such as high processing cost per ton of water difficult operation,and hard-to-dispose salts.In this study,on the basis of a full investigation of the evaporation crystallization system of a coking plant that has been put into operation,the reverse osmosis concentrated brine treatment process suitable for the plant is analyzed and compared,and the advanced treatment process scheme of“ozone catalytic oxidation+high-density sedimentation tank+multi-media filter”is selected by comprehensively considering the factors of enterprise and environmental sustainable development.After a period of operation,the design target is basically achieved,providing a reliable for the coking plant to achieve low-cost wastewater treatment.
