摘要
目的分析小儿骨折手术后接受整体护理干预的效果及对患儿肢体功能恢复、生活质量以及并发症的影响。方法于淄博市妇幼保健院2023年8月至2024年8月收治的行手术治疗的骨折患儿中选择60例作为研究对象,按照患儿入院时间先后将其分为两组。对照组(n=30)予以常规护理,观察组(n=30)予以整体护理。比较两组患儿术后肢体功能恢复情况、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果观察组患儿术后肢体功能恢复状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿并发症总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组患儿生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论整体护理应用于行手术治疗的骨折患儿,可以有效促使肢体功能恢复,降低并发症的发生风险,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of receiving holistic nursing intervention and its impact on limb functional recovery,quality of life,and complications in children after fracture surgery.Methods Sixty children with fracture who underwent surgical treatment were selected as the study objects in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2023 to August 2024,and they were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.The control group(n=30)was given routine care and the observation group(n=30)was given holistic nursing.The postoperative limb functional recovery,incidence of complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative limb functional recovery in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,children in the observation group had higher quality of life score(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can effectively promote limb functional recovery,reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life in children with fracture after surgical treatment.
