摘要
目的探究多元化护理模式干预对下肢骨折患者术后肢体功能恢复的影响。方法分析本院2022年10月—2023年10月收治的90例下肢骨折老年患者的临床资料,利用计算机取数法将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理模式,实验组采用多元化护理模式,观察并比较两组患者护理后疼痛程度、并发症发生率、自护能力[采用自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评估]、下肢运动功能恢复情况[采用简式下肢Fungl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)和Berg平衡量表(BBS)评估]。结果实验组术后各时间段的VAS评分比对照组低(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组ESCA评分均较干预前升高,实验组分值比对照组更高(P<0.05);干预后,两组FAM、BBS评分均较干预前升高,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将多元化护理模式干预用于老年下肢骨折患者,能够有效降低患者治疗过程中的疼痛程度和并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度,切实改善患者下肢功能,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the impact of a diversified nursing model on postoperative limb function recovery in elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods Analyze the clinical data of 90 elderly patients with lower limb fractures admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023,and randomly divide them into a control group and an experimental group using computer counting method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received diversified nursing care.The degree of pain,incidence of complications,self-care ability(evaluated using the Self Care Ability Scale(ESCA)),and recovery of lower limb motor function(evaluated using the Simplified Lower Limb Fungl Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA)and Berg Balance Scale(BBS))were observed and compared between the two groups of patients after nursing care.Results The VAS scores of the experimental group at various time points after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the ESCA scores of both groups were higher than before intervention,and the experimental group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the FAM and BBS scores of both groups increased compared to before intervention,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of diversified nursing models for elderly patients with lower limb fractures can effectively reduce the degree of pain and incidence of complications during the treatment process,improve patient satisfaction with nursing care,and effectively improve lower limb function.It has high application value and is worth promoting.
