摘要
目的分析维生素B2联合蓝光照射对新生儿病理性黄疸血清胆红素、神经功能及免疫功能的影响。方法纳入2023年1月至2024年6月寿光市人民医院收治的80例病理性黄疸新生儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)、观察组(40例)。对照组使用蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加维生素B2治疗,比较两组血清胆红素水平、神经功能、免疫功能及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗后各血清胆红素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能及免疫功能均比对照组更优(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采取维生素B2联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸,可有效降低新生儿的血清胆红素水平,改善神经功能和免疫功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of vitamin B2 combined with blue light irradiation on serum bilirubin,neurological function and immune function of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods A total of 80 neonates with pathological jaundice in Shouguang People’s Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were included.They were grouped according to the random number table method,including the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,the observation group was treated with vitamin B2 on the basis of the control group.The serum bilirubin levels,neurological function,immune function and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum bilirubin after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neurological function and immune function of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vitamin B2 combined with blue light irradiation treating neonatal pathological jaundice can effectively reduce the serum bilirubin level of newborns and improve neurol ogical function and immune function.
