摘要
目的探讨新生儿病理性黄疸患儿采用白蛋白联合蓝光照射对临床疗效、胆红素水平及氧化应激反应的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年5月河南省周口市西华县妇幼保健院收治的共计136例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿,按照随机数字表法分成研究组(N=68)与对照组(N=68),对照组采用蓝光照射治疗,研究组采用白蛋白联合蓝光照射治疗,对两组临床疗效、胆红素水平及氧化应激反应进行比较。结果研究组治疗有效率(98.53%)高于对照组(88.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清总胆红素(TBiL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)水平提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但研究组SOD、GSH-Px水平较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MDA水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白蛋白联合蓝光照射应用于新生儿病理性黄疸患儿治疗中,可提高临床疗效,降低胆红素水平,改善氧化应激反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of albumin combined with blue light irradiation on clinical efficacy,bilirubin level and oxidative stress reaction in neonates with pathological jaundice.Methods From June 2021 to May 2022,a total of 136neonates with pathological jaundice who were admitted to Xihua County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Zhoukou City,Henan Province,were randomly divided into the study group(N=68)and the control group(N=68)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with blue light radiation,and the study group was treated with albumin combined with blue light radiation.The clinical efficacy,bilirubin level and oxidative stress reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group(98.53%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.24%)(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL)and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the two groups decreased,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the level of serum malondialdehyde(MDA)increased,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).However,the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the level of MDA was lower,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Albumin combined with blue light irradiation can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the level of bilirubin and improve the oxidative stress reaction in the treatment of neonates with pathological jaundice.
