摘要
目的探讨脑梗死恢复期(气虚血瘀证)患者应用芪蛭通脑汤对其Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分的影响和具体疗效。方法选取本院2023年1月~2024年12月的86例脑梗死恢复期(气虚血瘀证)患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法平均分为两组。对照组43例,给予常规规范西药治疗;观察组43例,在常规基础上加用芪蛭通脑汤治疗。观察两组的炎性因子指标、血液流变学指标、神经功能缺损、肢体运动功能、中医症候积分、不良反应及临床疗效的具体变化情况。结果观察组炎性因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血液流变学指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05);NIHSS评分更低,FMA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪蛭通脑汤应用于气虚血瘀证脑梗死患者,可帮助其减轻炎症反应,改善血液流变学,促进受损神经功能修复,缓解临床症状,提高肢体运动功能,不良反应发生率低,疗效确切。
Objective To probe into the effect of Qizhitongnao Decoction on Fugl-Meyer motor function score in patients with cerebral infarction at convalescent stage-QiB-(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods A total of 86 patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)from January 2023 to December 2024 of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and equally divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(43 cases)was treated with routine western medicine,while the Observation Group(43 cases)was treated with Qizhitongnao Decoction.The inflammatory factors,hemorheology,neurological deficit,limb motor function,TCM symptom scores,adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were observed.Results The levels of inflammatory factors and hemorheology in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the NIHSS score was lower,and the FMA score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom integral was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qizhitongnao Decoction can be used in patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which can help reduce inflammatory reaction,improve hemorheology,promote the repair of damaged neurological function,alleviate clinical symptoms,and improve limb motor function,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the curative effect is definite.
