摘要
悬挂管领是海底管道终端设备舷侧下放安装过程中最重要的固定设备。为了保证其强度能满足各工况需求,以南海某深水项目用J-collar为例,基于ASME BPVC VIII div.2弹塑性分析,使用荷载和阻力系数设计(LRFD)方法,对其强度分析过程进行了研究,并对其制造过程中的质量控制要点进行了分析。通过工程项目的成功实施,验证了可行性,为类似项目提供参考。
J-collar is the most important fixed equipment during the installation of subsea Pipeline End Termination(PLET).To ensure that the strength of J-collar can meet the requirements of various load case,this paper takes the J-collar used in a deepwater project in the South China Sea as an example,uses the Load and Resistance Factor Design(LRFD)method to study its strength analysis process based on the ASME BPVC VIII div.2 elastic-plastic analysis.And the quality control points in its manufacturing process are analyzed.The feasibility is verified through the successful implementation of engineering projects,which can provide reference for similar projects.
